Definitely runs on the larger size. I bought a med thinking I would be okay, and the thong fit great, but the bustier is really big. Doesn't hug under the boobs enough and makes the underwire stick out. Unfortunately I cannot return it, and they didn't have a small, but hopefully I will be able to pin it, or adjust it so it hugs tighter. The material is really great. Not cheap as many others are. It would have been perfect if I was able to get a small. Really nice item.
